The Small Batch series is our way of inviting you into the kitchen.

Some sauces take time to find their place. Along the way, we create limited runs that capture a recipe at a specific moment—whether it’s on the path to becoming a permanent release, or a one-off expression that stands on its own.

Each batch is produced in limited quantities and will never be exactly repeated. Some may evolve into future staples, while others remain singular creations.

No matter the direction, every Small Batch release is crafted with the same care, balance, and attention to flavor as the rest of the Variety lineup.
